The number 603 976 700 works from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm, seven days a week — including weekends and most public holidays. For Netia service faults (existing Netia customers only) the 24/7 technical line is 22 711 11 11.
What should I prepare before calling to check availability?
Just the exact address: street with building number (ideally also flat number) and the town. If you currently have a contract with another provider, it helps to know its end date — this makes it easier to time the new order so you never overpay or lose connectivity.
Can I write first instead of calling?
Yes. Write to konrad.damian@przedstawiciel.netia.pl with your address and question — I usually reply the same day. If the availability check takes a moment in the operator's system, I let you know when I will come back with details.
Does a call or a quote create any obligation?
No. Address checks, comparisons and advice are free and non-binding. You only sign a contract when you yourself decide the offer at your address works for you.
How long does an address availability check take?
Usually between a few and a dozen or so minutes depending on the location. You immediately learn which Netia speeds and services are shown for your building, and you can place the order right away or decide later.
